Smooth Water Properties LLC is driven to add value to our communities. We focus on providing extremely well managed vacation homes and short-term rentals for clients, rental properties, and our own properties. We strive to stimulate the economy and build up the community in the areas we work in by creating additional better paying jobs and by reinvesting profits into improving other homes or properties. We connect investors to local experienced short-term rental real estate agents, property managers, and lenders for any location within the US. Additionally, we give back to local community campaigns of varying choices from our investors.

Kyle Collett, Co-Founder
Hello, my name is Kyle. I am a dedicated people person that is an efficient, clear, and concise problem solver. I am an extremely determined, driven, and team-oriented individual that is always open to new ideas in order to produce the best results. I like to create systems for all aspects of a business to make sure that correct training and automation are done. In my free time, I have a great deal of passion for family, music, and health. I strive to elevate everyone’s lives around me and to truly help bring humanity to a higher level of excellence.
Kooper Knutson, Co-Founder
Hello, my name is Kooper, I am a thoughtful liaison who is a prompt, observant, conscientious individual with a great feel for situational awareness, all in the pursuit of completion and improvement. I am steadfast, considerate, and always willing to go the extra mile to determine the most ideal course of action for each situation. I enjoy scouting locations and getting the complete feel for them to make sure they have positive potential. My passions revolve around family, friends, sports, and creating a better world around me. There is nothing that is more fulfilling than being able to help out in any manner and to create smiles on other people’s faces.
